The legalities and paperwork involved can bewilder even for the smartest buyers. As document writing is a professional job, it is expected that the person who prepares the document shall act as a professional and delivers a good product to both buyer and vendor.

At present, the general public find difficulties in registering their deeds with Registration Department as it involves a lot of time consuming formalities. In the process of registration, in many occasions, either the work gets delayed or the registrants are given insufficient information and the process ends up in litigation.
